Kesällä 2021 olin sopinut sessiot, johon olin heikosti kirjoittanut uutta lyriikkaa. Hädissäni kaivoin arkistoja ja löysin tekstin suunnilleen vuodelta 2003. Alun tekstejä on vahvasti inspiroinut Too Shortin In the trunkin aloitusrivit: "I Sold tapes everyday me and Freddy B / been famous since 1983". Oma tarinani musiikin parissa alkoi 1990-luvulla, jonne kappaleen tekstit sijoittuvat. Tekstin runko on 27-vuotiaan kynästä, joka lopulta täydentyi 20 vuotta vanhemman kokemuspohjalla.
