Sairas T on alun perin Savonlinnasta kotoisin oleva, mutta Kotkassa varttunut räppäri, joka asuu nykyisin Helsingissä. Hän kuuluu Pohjalla-joukkoon yhdessä muun muassa OD Kokemuksen, Painajaisen, SLS:n ja O'Malleyn kanssa. Sairas T:n toinen albumi Delirium (2016) nousi Suomen virallisen albumilistan toiselle sijalle.
